REQUESTING A RETURN IS EASY
We hope you will love every SPICY LEMON LONDON purchase you make. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unwanted items within 14 days of the receipt.
1. Ensure that all items are placed back into the same packaging they were delivered in and have all labels if applicable still attached.
2. Please email us at least 3 working days prior to the expiration of the 14 day period and we will arrange a collection from your address.
3.Please note that the returns are organized at the customers expence and will be deducted from the final refund.
4. All delivery charges are non refundable.
5. Please make sure all fragile items are packed securely to avoid damages.
6. Refunds are issued as soon as the goods have arrived and are in perfect resaleble condition.
